RECIPE: BODHI ENERGY BALLS

Bodhi energY Balls

Ingredients:
(Makes approximately 12-15 )

  • 1 cup raw almonds 
  • 1 cup fresh dates (pitted and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 TBSP chia seeds
  • 2 TBSP pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • 2 TBSP organic raw cacao powder 
  • 1 TSP organic vanilla powder 
  • 1/2 TSP cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP organic coconut oil (can add more if needed – will help moisten the mixture)

Method:

  1. Place nuts into the food processor (or blender if it’s a powerful one!) and pulse a few times until broken up into.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
  3. Empty mixture into a bowl.
  4. Roll into bite size balls and store in fridge or freezer

Delicious!
