The clinic is open from Monday to Saturday by appointment only.
Is my visit covered by my private health fund?
Bodhi Wellness practitioners are fully accredited with major health funds. This allows for private health rebates on your consultation fee. The clinic provides HICAPS facilities for immediate rebates.
Please check with your individual provider for more details about your eligibility and level of cover on services offered at the clinic.
The clinic has HICAPS facilities for immediate health fund rebates and we accept credit card (Mastercard/Visa), EFTPOS or cash payments.
Bodhi Wellness does not offer accounts and fees are payable on the day of the consultation.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Privacy and confidentiality is of upmost importance at Bodhi Wellness and we have strict policies that respect our patients privacy and confidentiality. Our administration staff have limited access to patient files, as such test results or questions about your treatment can only be answered by your practitioner.
What happens if I miss or cancel my appointment?
Your appointment is especially reserved for you. Late cancellations or missing an appointment means that another patient misses out on the opportunity of receiving care. In fairness to all of our patients, Bodhi Wellness has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to allow us to rebook this time for another patient who may be on our waiting list for an appointment.
Appointments that are missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur the full consultation fee.
Is there anything I should bring to my consultation?
Please bring copies of any recent test results and a list of supplements/medications you are currently taking including doses. This ensures your practitioner can obtain a thorough health assessment.
What is BIA testing?
Bio Impedence Analysis (BIA) or Vitality, Longevity, Ageing assessment (VLA) is a method of assessing your body composition and cellular health.
The key physiological indicators of health and disease known as biomarkers, are measured by the BIA test.
